CōSu — Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
SHIPPING
We ship across India through trusted and registered courier partners.
CōSu follows a make-to-order model to minimise waste. Your order enters production only after it is confirmed online.
For all made-to-order and custom-sized pieces:
- Dispatch is done within 15 working days from the date of order.
For pre-order items from upcoming collections:
- Shipping will begin once the collection is officially released.
- Release timelines will be mentioned on the product page.
If an item is already available in your size, we may be able to ship it within 2–4 working days upon request.

Note: Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping is free for all orders above ₹15,000 within India.
For orders below ₹15,000, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs vary based on product size and volumetric weight.
INDIAN GST
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable Indian GST.
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Hyderabad, India.
Deliveries are sent to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order details and tracking ID.
- When your order is shipped, we will share your tracking number via email and WhatsApp, including the courier partner’s information.
- You may also track your order anytime through your CōSu account → Order History.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the shipment to us.
MODES OF PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods for domestic orders:
- Major Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Net Banking (across major Indian banks)
- UPI payments
Payments on our website are processed securely through Razorpay Secure.
Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
As a make-to-order brand, CōSu does not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.
However, an exchange is possible only in the case of a manufacturing defect attributable to us.
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with a defect:
- Email us at hello.cosu@gmail.com with your order number, images of the issue, and a description of the defect.
- Once approved, return the item to us for inspection.
- After a quality check confirming the defect, we will re-make and replace the item within two weeks.
Returning Items by Courier
- Email us your details before shipping the item back.
- Ensure the product is packaged securely.
- We recommend using a registered, trackable courier service.
- CōSu is not responsible for items lost in transit.
ORDER DELAYS
We strive to dispatch all orders within the stated timeline.
However, CōSu garments involve:
- Handwoven textiles
- Hand embroideries
- Hand finishing
- Human craft and slow-made processes
Because of this, occasional delays may occur due to production realities or logistics constraints.
If your order is delayed, we will inform you and ensure it becomes a priority in our production queue.
By purchasing from CōSu, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The 10–15 day timeline is approximate, not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to production or courier factors.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to production delays.
We remain committed to delivering a piece that is crafted with care and worthy of your wardrobe.
